Amendment to Filing of Nominations

Notice dated 14.09.2021.

Dear Members,

It has been brought to our notice, by some Members, that points 2 and 3 of the Additional eligibility criteria (for nomination to various posts in the ensuing AROI WB Elections 2021) mentioned in Page number 2 of Notification number AROIWB/Elect/2021/02 dated 07.09.2021 be reconsidered.

Therefore, the Election Commission, after due deliberations, has now decided that these two points may be dropped as criteria for filing of nominations for the AROI WB Elections with immediate effect.
