AROI WB Annual State Conference 2025

Dear Members,

We are happy to announce that the next Annual State Conference of our Association shall be held on the 15th and 16th of February, 2025 at Dhono Dhanyo Auditorium, Kolkata.

Registration and abstract submissions is closed.

AROI Membership would be mandatory.

Registration fees:

  • Member PG Residents: Rs 2500 (inclusive of 18% GST)
  • Other member delegates: Rs 4000 (inclusive of 18% GST)
  • Non-member guest delegate (to be done mandatorily with primary registration of the member delegate): Rs 2500 (inclusive of 18% GST)

Individual registration of additional non member guest delegate cannot be done separately.

Please mail your Abstracts in a structured Microsoft Word format (separate headings for Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions within 300 words) to acd.aroiwb@gmail.com

Conference Registration is mandatory for acceptance of the Abstract.

Abstracts can be submitted under two headings :
a.) For JR / SRs - In Best Paper (Award) Category - e Poster round followed by Oral presentation round
b.) For all Members - In Proffered (Non Award) category.

a.) AROI WB Fight Cancer Fellowship 2025 - 1 each for 2nd year and 3rd year Residents / PGTs - fellowship amount INR 15000 each
b.) AROI WB Young Oncology Fellowship 2025 - 1 for post PG (MD / DNB) candidates upto 5 years from completion of their post graduation amounting to INR 50000.

Conference Registration is mandatory for participation in the Quiz.

There shall be two rounds - a first virtual individual round from which the top participants shall be selected for the LIVE round during the Conference.
