Dear Members,

Whereas, the last date of submission of Nominations has been over on the 5th of November, 2023 and now, as per the provisions of the Election Notification no-AROIWB/Elect/2023/02 dated 17.10.2023, the Election Commission of the AROI WB Chapter has scrutinized all the Nominations received, as per rules elaborated earlier. Further, the last date of withdrawal of candidature was on 16th of November, 2023 (Thursday).

Whereas the Election process called for formation of the New Executive Committee, has now been completed uneventfully, and no objections have been received from any voting member of the Association. The Election Commission, in the absence of any withdrawal of nomination by any candidate, therefore declares that the following persons have been elected unopposed for the posts mentioned against their name. The List of received Nominations along with the Final Results (after the processes of scrutiny and withdrawal were over) is mentioned in the table below :
